All quotes are to be carried out in person, to be final. Any quotes provided remotely are subject to review, if upon arrival to property there are any works PDR has not covered in its scope of works. All quotes are only valid for 30 days and PDR reserves the right to requote after this period.

Quality Control

Any remedial works required to finish walls need to be informed within 30 days of completion and will only be carried out once work has been mist coated by the customer. PDR will not take liability for any damage to its works caused by underlying structural issues in the property, unless covered in the scope of works provided. We may use subcontractors for specific aspects of the work, fully vetted by our owner.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 20 percent or 100 pounds will be taken as security in the contract and cancellation will only be allowed up until 10 working days prior to the agreed start date of the works. Please note, this will not affect your statutory rights.
